Worcestershire housing development scoops award

Employees at a popular housing development in Worcestershire are celebrating after beating off stiff competition to win the Persimmon Homes ‘Construction Team of the Year 2013’ award.

The team at the stunning Cofton Fields development, off Groveley Lane, received the accolade after they impressed customers and management with their high level build quality, site management and customer care.

Site manager Melvin Rushton, sales advisors Beverley Evans and Elizabeth Varsalona-Wilson, dedicated the past 12 months to fully understanding their customers’ needs and ensuring that they enjoy a smooth journey from the first viewing through to purchase and final completion.

Speaking of the award win, Beverley said: “We’re delighted to be acknowledged for all of our hard work. We understand that buying a new home is probably one of the biggest decisions that people make in their lives and find helping our customers through the process very rewarding.”

Persimmon Homes South Midlands managing director Richard Oldroyd, who presented the trophy to the team, praised the trio on their exceptional service.
