The Richmond welcomes PAs of Liverpool
The Richmond Apart-Hotel Liverpool hosted an event specifically for PAs from a number of key Liverpool organisations.
Richmond Group Director Steven Hesketh invited the group as a way of showcasing its diverse venue offer on Hatton Garden to the corporate market.
PAs attending represented the companies and organisations of ACC Liverpool; Barclays; Ernst & Young; Hill Dickinson; KPMG; Liverpool City Region Local Enterprise Partnership (LCR LEP); Liverpool College; Liverpool JMU; National Museums Liverpool; Public Health England; Sovini Housing; Unilever; and University of Liverpool.
The PAs enjoyed an evening of food, showrounds, pampering and prizes at The Richmond and associated Hatton Garden venues – Friends coffee shop Central Perk; Olympus Health Club & Spa; and Capello Salon.
Mr Hesketh started the evening by welcoming the group to Central Perk, followed by demonstrations at Olympus and Capello. Guests staying at The Richmond have complimentary use of the health club.
Head Chef Damien Flynn created a buffet platter consisting of hot and cold dishes as an example of the style and quality of dishes available for meetings and events. These were complimented by a selection of Summer themed mocktails.
The PAs were then given a tour of the Grade II Listed Richmond, which opened in May 2013 and features 152-bedrooms; R Bar & Brasserie; William & Kane function suite; and Florentyna’s private dining event space.
The evening was rounded off with a business card draw, with prizes including a stay at The Richmond with dinner; Sunday Lunch with Jazz at R Bar & Brasserie; and spa treatments at Olympus.
Group Director Steven Hesketh commented: “We hosted the event to specifically welcome the PAs of Liverpool to showcase our venues and highlight what we can offer corporate clients. We’re still a relatively new venue so it is paramount to be on the radar of PAs and event organisers within the City’s leading organisations.
“The event went very well and we’ve received excellent feedback, including a number of bookings already which is a very positive start. Being independent we have the luxury and flexibility to meet the needs and budgets of our guests.”
