Founded in 2009, MUSO is the brainchild of three creative minds – a music producer, a media entrepreneur and a software developer – and is now the largest provider of anti-piracy and content protection services globally by number of unique rights holders (as measured by Google Transparency Report, Jan 2014). It is through Andy’s 20 years of music industry experience and contacts that MUSO has gained a large market share in the Music Industry.
Christopher Elkins is head of film and TV services for MUSO. A highly experienced entrepreneur working in the online music and media technology industries since 1998, Christopher previously co-founded one of the largest online music portals in the UK before an all-cash acquisition. Having written for various European music and technology publications, he is a regular panel speaker at film and technology conferences, including Cannes film festival. He also leads workshops and seminars to advise and educate MUSO members about audience engagement and anti-piracy.
