Local agent collects for St. Cuthberts Hospice

Local estate agent, Your Move Chris Stonock, are delighted to announce that through 2 days of coin collecting they have raised over £700 for their nominated charity St. Cuthbert’s Hospice. The charity provides a range of care and support services to individuals, as well as to their relatives and carers, helping people to cope with life limiting illnesses.

Abbie O’Connor, Marketing Manager at Your Move Chris Stonock said “We had a brilliant day collecting for St Cuthbert’s Hospice at Tesco in Durham, it’s lovely to be reminded of how generous people can be and that shows in the total we managed to raise. We are excited for the year ahead and are confident we will hit our £5000 target!” Community Fundraiser at St Cuthbert’s Hospice, Jade said: “We cannot thank those at Your Move Chris Stonock enough, the support that we have received from them over the last few months has been second to none, it is clear that this partnership is going to go from strength to strength. We must also express our thanks to the Tesco in Durham and Chester le Street for allowing us to collect and of course the shoppers for their generosity!”

Further fundraising will take place throughout the year and will include a few members of staff taking part in the Great North Run, a Newcastle to Amsterdam bike challenge and a swimathon.
