ALB from Advanced Legal is the software solution of choice for Spire Solicitors LLP
ALB from Advanced Legal has been selected as the software solution of choice by Spire Solicitors LLP to offer a fully integrated, firm-wide, practice management system. ALB will be used by over 130 personnel on a day-to-day basis.
Spire Solicitors LLP is a Norfolk based firm, which was established in 2013 following the merger of Greenland Houchen Pomeroy Solicitors (GHP), Hood Vores & Allwood Solicitors (HVA) and Overbury Steward Eaton & Woolsey Solicitors (Overburys). As a result, Spire Solicitors LLP is now one of the largest legal firms in the region, with eight regional offices.
Following the merger, the firm identified a need to replace the three current practice management systems with one fully integrated, firm-wide solution in order to increase efficiency and drive profitability.
The decision to implement ALB followed a comprehensive review by the Practice Manager across five different practice areas within Spire Solicitors LLP. ALB was identified from three competitors as offering the most sophisticated solution, a better technology platform and the ability to provide greater functionality and business benefits to the firm over the coming years.
James Knight, Practice Manager, comments: “Of all the systems we reviewed, ALB showed the potential to deliver the greatest benefit to all five practice areas and to the business as a whole. Its extensive functionality and adaptability means that ALB is perfectly suited to meet our firm’s needs both now and in the future.”
ALB is a fully integrated practice and case management system designed to help staff efficiently manage their clients, cases and documents, record time, process accounts and monitor performance within an easy to use interface.
