SAScon Adds Mobile Marketing Guru Cindy Krum To Speaker Line-Up
Search, analytics and social media conference, SAScon, has announced its second keynote speaker from a leading international mobile marketing consultancy.
Cindy Krum, CEO and founder of MobileMoxie, a mobile marketing consultancy and host of the most cutting-edge online marketing tool set available today, will be sharing her expertise and thoughts on mobile, marketing and ‘big data’ on the second day of the conference (6 June).
Bringing an international focus to SAScon, the brands that Cindy works with are from both the UK and abroad. Cindy is the author of Mobile Marketing: Finding Your Customers No Matter Where They Are, which has also been published in German, Italian, Korean and Chinese. A highly regarded figure in the search and social industry, Cindy is no stranger to speaking at such events – she already speaks at national and international trade events on a regular basis, as well as providing on-site training and workshops.
Cindy will be joining Brett Tabke, CEO and Founder of PubCon, on the keynote panel. The influential keynote speakers at SAScon will take part in a panel discussion to discuss the issues facing the digital marketing industry, with key topics to include international paid search and web analytics.
When asked about her chosen topic for the conference, Cindy commented: “I’m going to be talking about how marketers can be smarter in collecting and monetising information from mobile. Big data on mobile devices is very topical at the moment, which is why I thought it would be a good idea to bring the discussion to SAScon. Marketers are becoming more interested in export marketing so I hope that the international angle of my presentation can provide the delegates with a set of fresh and creative ideas.”
This year’s conference is being held at MMU Business School on 5 and 6 June 2014. The two-day event will feature talks from four high regarded keynotes from the industry. It will also comprise of 50 unmissable solo presentations and 30 panels interspersed with networking opportunities, including a post conference social.
Richard Gregory, managing director of Latitude and a founder of SAScon, said: “We’re pleased to announce Cindy Krum as a keynote speaker. As an active member of the search community, it’s great to have her on board at the conference to share her insights on mobile marketing. Her expertise will be invaluable in the wider panel discussion on digital marketing issues and we’re looking forward to a passionate conversation on all things mobile and search.
“It’s the fifth year of SAScon, and it’s bigger than ever. Manchester is fast becoming a hub of digital marketing in the UK, and the conference provides an opportunity to bring together creative minds in the industry.”
