Leeds team appointed to market 'significant' logisitics site
Marshall CDP has appointed CBRE’s Leeds Industrial Agency team to market its 480,000 sq ft XL industrial scheme at Link 62 industrial park in Normanton, West Yorkshire.
The site overlooks the M62 motorway at J31 and infrastructure works have already been completed at the 30 acre plot, known as XL. XL is immediately deliverable and has planning permission in place for a cross docked distribution unit of 480,000 sq ft.
Located within the 108 acre Link 62 scheme, already an established distribution hub, nearby occupiers include HSBC, NHS, DHL and Asda.
Mike Baugh, senior director of Industrial Agency at CBRE Leeds, said; “XL provides a superb opportunity for an occupier to secure a bespoke building to suit their exact requirements.
“The site is the best large scale development opportunity in the M62 corridor currently and with the established and experienced development team in place, will undoubtedly appeal to a broad range of occupiers.”
CBRE is joining existing XL agent Carter Towler.
Simon Marshall at Marshall CDP, added; “XL is a significant scheme within the Yorkshire logistics marketplace and we wanted to ensure that we have the best possible team on board to market it.
“We have worked hard to get the site ready with planning permission in place and are confident that it will appeal to the occupier market looking to locate in this region.”
