Results from the Warrington Annual Property Review commissioned by Warrington & Co, show that Altus Eileen Bilton has once again been the most active commercial agent in the region throughout 2013.

Colin Cawley, at Altus Eileen Bilton commented “This was again a fantastic year for both Altus Eileen Bilton and Warrington.

“Warrington is going from strength to strength having fared the recession well. It continues to be seen as an excellent place to invest in, with this economic confidence reflected in its property market.

“Eileen Bilton is synonymous with Warrington and has been part of the town’s success for many years since the inception of Warrington New Town. Today we continue to work hard for clients, delivering excellent results in both Warrington and the wider regions.

“Since becoming part of the Altus Group in 2013 we are able to offer clients an enhanced service, including greater exposure for their properties alongside a full property advisory service, including advice on reducing Business Rates, landlord and tenant related issues, capital allowances and dilapidations.

“Looking toward the rest of this 2014 and ahead we strongly believe Warrington remains a sound place to invest and do business in and we look forward to continuing to deliver best-in-class results for all our clients.”

The Warrington Annual Property Review is now in its sixteenth year of publication. Warrington & Co brings together the private and public sector to promote economic development and physical regeneration in Warrington, under the guidance of a private sector-led board.

The organisation is Warrington’s urban regeneration partnership. Its main function is to steer and monitor the implementation of the regeneration framework, as well as providing a forum for all the key agencies involved in regeneration in the town, both public and private sector, to co-ordinate their activities.
