Yurt holiday specialists invest £140k in North Yorkshire sites
Yurtshire, the yurt holiday specialists founded by Yorkshire born entrepreneur Tom Sterne, have invested £140k in two new sites for their expanding business.
Building on the success of the Camp Hill site in Kirklington, Umberslade Park, Warwickshire and Newburgh Priory, North Yorkshire are the sites of the new developments.
Each site costs from of £55k - £65k to set up 3 yurts, with the costs proportionately split between the landowner and Yurtshire.
Located amongst the rolling countryside of Warwickshire, ‘Yurtshire Umberslade’ overlooks Umberslade Farm Park,
Back in North Yorkshire, Yurtshire is pitching up in the historic Newburgh Priory site, located near North Yorkshire Moors National Park.
Founder Tom Sterne said: “It’s a pleasure to open two more fantastic locations for our yurt holiday accommodation.
“As a lover of the great outdoors, but also appreciating home comforts, I was inspired to create the perfect combination of comfort and getting back to nature with Yurtshire.
“Whilst offering an element of luxury, it’s still great value for money, so there’s no excuse not to get away with friends and family this summer. Watch this space for more Yurtshire sites to explore in the future.”
