The Brink introduces flavoursome new menu
With the summer months fast approaching, The Brink is set to turn up the heat with the launch of its new menu.
The highly-acclaimed Par Street venue, which is renowned for its quirky food and non-alcoholic beverages, will see the arrival of many new culinary delights that are suitable for all ages.
Devised by head chef Rob Doyle, the new menu features a diverse array of exclusive burgers, which have been crafted to cater for a variety of palates.
He said: “Our aim is to provide a menu that everyone will enjoy - therefore, we have created a varied assortment of full-flavour burgers. From zesty chicken to tasty tofu, we will certainly cater for all.”
New additions to the revamped menu include The Dirty Big Burger and Mexican Burger, which are both made with prime rump, as well as The Spicy Bean Burger.
Many of the eatery’s signature dishes remain such as The Brink Bargain, The Big Brink Omelette and Best Fish ‘n’ Chips in Town. Popular children’s meals including Cheese Beanie, Sausage, Chips and Beans and the Healthy Snack Plate are also still available.
In addition to the new menu, The Brink will see the arrival of many new products and services over the forthcoming months. These include an interior refurbishment in correlation to the new coffee-shop amenities, as well as an afternoon tea menu and outside catering facilities.
Rob added: “We hope that our thriving social hub will continue to be a huge hit amongst the recovery community and the general public alike. It is important that we continue to incorporate new offerings, in order to stay fresh and novel. However, our openhearted ethos will forever remain the same.”
Food is served from 10am to 8:45pm Monday to Saturday and 11am to 6:30pm on Sundays. Meal prices start from as little as £3.45.
