Haines Watts wins prestigious accountancy excellence award for third year running
The Liverpool office at Haines Watts is celebrating after being crowned Accountancy Firm of the Year (previously titled Auditor of the Year) at the annual FDs Excellence Awards for the third successive year.
After beating off stiff competition from KPMG, Grant Thornton, BDO, Baker Tilly and Deloittes - Haines Watts received its accolade during a prestigious awards ceremony held at Grosvenor Square, London.
The annual event recognises the services that are provided to support Britain’s finance community, using the results derived from an annual survey, in which FDs and financial decision-makers recorded their opinion.
Frank Murphy, Director of Haines Watts Chartered Accountants on Victoria Street said: “It’s wonderful to see Haines Watts win such a highly-admired award. This type of honour really matters to us because it’s voted for by business people and not by an academic panel of experts.”
The firm, which has 60 offices and more than 35,000 clients around the UK, believe that their on-going success is a direct result of their committed team of specialists.
Frank added: “We really are thrilled to be the first firm ever to have won an award for three years straight. We are also extremely proud of all of our team members who do an outstanding job for our clients - they have undoubtedly contributed towards us winning this award.”
