This week’s Yorkshire appointments
Clarion, Paul King
Clarion’s successful corporate finance team has been strengthened with the appointment of Paul King as partner.
Paul advises on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, equity and acquisition finance and group re-organisations. He also acts for private equity investors and banks on investment and funding.
Richard Moran who heads Clarion’s business services practice, commented: “Paul has a solid track record as one of the region’s leading corporate lawyers. His ethos fits well with Clarion, with a focus on fostering long term client relationships, taking a holistic view of their business and providing sound commercial advice.

benenden group, Inji Duducu
The UK-wide not-for-profit healthcare provider, benenden group, has announced the appointment, Inji Duducu, as its new HR Director
She will head up the organisation’s Human Resources services in York and at the mutual’s subsidiary Hospital in Kent.
Commenting on her appointment Inji said, “It’s a pivotal time for the growth of the benenden group and I’m very excited about joining the organisation and leading its HR function.
“I feel privileged to be joining the leadership team to help implement the ambitious strategy we have for the business while continuing to build on the heritage and legacy of an organisation that is over 100 years old.
“My time at the Co-operative Group has meant that I’m very passionate about the principles of mutuality and I’m looking forward to working with another organisation which has these values at their core.”
Nexus Vehicle Management, David Brennan
Nexus Vehicle Management, a provider of corporate vehicle rental solutions is delighted to announce the appointment of David Brennan as its new CEO.
Formerly Managing Director of LeasePlan UK, David has held senior roles at Rover Group, Mazda, RL Polk, and AT Kearney. During his tenure at LeasePlan UK, David oversaw the substantial growth of the business, both in profits and scale.
