Wire Regeneration off to flyer with five new lettings
Wire Regeneration, the recently launched joint venture which is tasked with driving forward regeneration and delivering jobs in Warrington, principally in its Southern Gateway area, has secured its first lettings.
The partnership has been formed between property company and regeneration specialists, Langtree and Warrington Borough Council, which will be represented and enabled by the town’s economic development and regeneration agency, Warrington & Co.
Letting activity is concentrated on the St James Business Centre on the A49 Wilderspool Causeway in Warrington.
The five lettings are led by Airwave Solutions, the leading provider of ‘mission critical’ voice and data communications the UK’s emergency services. Servicing more than 300 public service organisations the company has taken a 1,909 sq ft office suite.
Finance firm Capital Platform, housing and development consultant Project Development Workshop and recruitment firms Extra Personnel and Outsauce Accounting have all taken suites at the centre alongside Airwave
St James Business Centre manager Martin Wade said: “We’re delighted to welcome the new tenants, who have taken leases of between one and five years. The variety of sectors they operate in is a reflection of the range and variety of accommodation which we can offer at St James.
“The building is conveniently located near Warrington town centre and offers a range of quality office suites, meeting and training rooms for small businesses.”
The office suites are housed over two storeys totaling 80,000 sq ft and are complemented with a café, atrium and extensive on-site car parking.
St James Business Centre offers traditional lease options whilst also providing quality serviced offices equipped with a dedicated executive receptionist. The offices range from 130 sq ft to 6,500 sq ft, to cater for up to 60 people.
Airwave Solutions was specifically created to build and run a mission critical communications service for Britain’s emergency services. Today more than 300 public service organisations, including police, fire and ambulance services, rely on Airwave for their communications.
Outsauce Accounting, which has its head office in Cheltenham, is a provider of temporary and outsourced finance and accounting staff for companies.
Extra Personnel was established in 1992 and has since grown to become the 76th largest recruitment business in the UK, working out of nine regional service centres.
Capital Platform is a finance company which provides investment products and services for independent financial advisors and wealth management companies across the UK.
Project Development Workshop is a specialist housing and development consultancy business offering a suite of services to housing clients, including development agency services and strategic housing services.
Langtree operates a diverse portfolio of directly owned and joint venture property totaling more than 4 million sq ft comprising office parks, industrial estates and trade parks across the north and midlands of England.
