Knight Frank appointed to £30 million planned Isle of Man estate
Super prime property developer Richmond Square has appointed Knight Frank to handle the sale of a planned £30 million country estate, Ballamona, on the Isle of Man.
Local support is being provided by Douglas-based agent Chrystals.
The 112-acre development, located on the southern hemisphere of the island, has full planning consents in place; including permission for a 20,600sq ft principal residence that is being billed as the most prestigious new property to be built outside London and the Home Counties.
To assist with marketing of the coastal estate, with its expansive leisure and recreation facilities plus four refurbished farm buildings, the agents have been equipped with state-of-the-art 360° gyroscopic CGIs presented on dedicated iPads that will enable prospective purchasers to view the internal layouts and landscaped grounds.
Knight Frank’s Country House director, James Crawford, says: “We are delighted to have been tasked with the sale of this magnificent development.
“The Ballamona planning approval is unprecedented; satisfying every expectation of a super-prime house of world-class status.
“Ballamona sets a new standard across the north west and, of course, the Isle of Man remains an highly attractive location to wealthy overseas buyers.”
