CY Partners fill key roles for Specials success

Scientific recruitment specialist CY Partners has successfully filled 27 job roles at one of the North East’s leading pharmaceutical companies with a tailored recruitment campaign.

The recruitment drive, which has seen positions such as customer service and support manager and national account manager roles filled, has supported The Specials Laboratory’s continued growth at the organisation’s Prudhoe-based headquarters.

The Specials Laboratory manufactures unlicensed medicines known as ‘specials’ from its three sites in Northumberland, which are tailor-made for individual patients who would not be able to get a licensed equivalent otherwise.

Lynn Willis, head of HR at The Specials Laboratory, said: “We have been really impressed with how the team at CY Partners has managed our recruitment needs and was able to identify, select and ultimately recruit the right individuals for us.
