Leeds’ VQ adds French cookware manufacturer to growing tenant list

Premium cookware manufacturer, Le Creuset is to open its first store in Leeds at the Victoria Quarter.

The 2,000 sq ft store will sit over two levels and officially open on June 12 with a launch event at 3pm to which the public is invited to visit the new store, enjoy a glass of bubbly and to sample some iconic Le Creuset baking.

Le Creuset will neighbour skincare specialists, Liz Earle on Queen Victoria Street in the Grade II* listed arcade.

Commenting on the brand’s move into the Victoria Quarter, centre director John Bade said: “Le Creuset is the perfect fit for the Victoria Quarter, we know our customers are discerning shoppers who are looking for the most premium quality products that last the test of time and are worth investing in.

“That’s exactly what Le Creuset offers, and I’ve no doubt it’ll be a greatly received addition to our growing collection of luxury stores.”

Le Creuset’s head of Retail UK, Katherine Tranter said: “We are delighted to have unveiled our latest Le Creuset store in Leeds.
