Whitehurst moves to Hillyer McKeown
North West Law Firm, Hillyer McKeown, have announced that they have appointed Phil Whitehurst who joins the firm as Partner and Head of the Corporate & Company Commercial Department.
Hillyer McKeown recently announced an aggressive five year growth plan, which will see the firm double in size across its Chester, Wirral and North Wales offices.
Phil Whitehurst is a highly regarded solicitor with twenty years experience, and moves to the firm from DWF, Liverpool. With a strong background acting for private companies across a wide range of sectors, from agriculture to ecommerce, manufacturing to professional services, and retail to green energy. Phil also have extensive experience in advising fledgling businesses that are starting up, including advising on new company incubation and technology transfer arrangements in the education sector. Phil is renowned for his ability to understand the business of the client and the key issues that apply to their sector.
