Sunderland AFC's events firm to launch seafront 'Beach House' bistro

The events division of Sunderland AFC, 1879 Events Management, has revealed plans to launch a seafront café and bistro venture - on the city’s Marine Walk.

Described as a “fun, contemporary café and bistro” within the Pier Point development, the Beach House is set to open in July.

A press statement from the firm says the Beach House will serve local produce, including seafood, burger dishes and sandwiches.
