The UK’s most comprehensive catering equipment show makes its debut in Manchester

“The Show”, one of the UK’s most comprehensive and innovative catering equipment shows is heading north for the first time, arriving at Old Trafford, Manchester on Wednesday 25th June.

Following a successful number of events held in London, the event organised by catering supplies company Lockhart Catering Equipment, will showcase the latest developments in catering equipment from over 30 of the world’s leading manufacturers and suppliers.

The event which has been running for over five years enables leading suppliers and customers alike to network, be informed about the latest industry trends and attend live demonstrations.

Never seen before product ranges will also be available to try first hand before anyone else in the “innovation zone.”

Previous shows have attracted respected professionals from the catering industry and the Manchester show will be no different, with mixologist James Trevillion from Bonzer and TV chef and food consultant from Brazilian Street Feasts, Andy Bates on hand to share their expertise and tricks of the trade.

Peter Drury of Lockhart Catering said: “We are delighted to bring the Innovation Show to our Northern audience for the first time. The city is famous for its gastronomy and first class hospitality, so Manchester was a natural choice when deciding on the location of our first northern event.

“With previous events having been positively received by both customers and suppliers alike, we have every confidence that our first time in Manchester will be a success and we look forward to networking with some of the regions finest culinary talents.”

Delegates attending the event will also be given the opportunity to attend free stadium tours at Old Trafford and those interested in attending are invited to put forward their interest as admittance is available by pre-registering only.
