Online showcase for Cheshire development
Persimmon North West is showcasing its development in Winsford on YouTube, enabling potential purchasers to get a video preview of the properties at Mere View.
The video can be seen by searching Persimmon Cheshire.
David Hodgson, sales and marketing director for Persimmon Homes North West, said: “We know that more and more people are using the internet to do their research before going out and about looking at new home, so it made sense to us to put our fabulous development online.
“The two, three and four bedroom houses are being snapped up by local buyers – and it’s clear to see why, given that that the development is in a brilliant location, close to open countryside, excellent transport links, shopping and leisure facilities.”
He added: “With the glorious Winsford Flash so close, we just had to turn the camera on the great location of Mere View, and the result makes us proud to be here in Winsford.”
Located on Ways Green, the Persimmon Homes site is perfectly placed to access the motorway network and has a rail service to Liverpool and Crewe.
Properties at Mere View start at £148,995 for a three bedroom semi-detached house with parking which, with Help To Buy, could be secured with a deposit of just £7,500.
Help To Buy is the scheme where the Government provides an equity loan for 20 per cent of the house’s value, with the rest covered by the five per cent deposit and mortgage. The scheme is helping people all over the UK to get the keys to their first home or move up the property ladder.
To find out more, call into Mere View from Thursday to Monday, 11am until 6pm, or telephone 01606 227 974.
