New lets, new look and new identity for Langtree offices
Property company and regeneration specialist Langtree is marking the arrival of new lettings and completed renovations at its Newton-le-Willows offices by giving it a new identity.
The centrix@newton building, a dedicated serviced office environment, has signed five new lettings and has been renamed as centrix.
The development comprised the renovation of the office’s main reception, common use areas, conference and meeting room facilities, kitchen and toilets, as well as the construction of new break out and hot desk spaces.
New businesses taking space in the building include telecommunications providers Daisy Local Business (DLB), which has taken over a 10-man suite to support its growth across the region.
Kitchen, bedroom and bathroom design specialists, DM Design, has also relocated to the site and will house five of its staff members there.
Other companies arriving at centrix include the nationwide electrical buying group the Independent Buyers Association (IBA), contaminated land specialists Applied Geology Ltd, and communications agency RTS Media Ltd.
Their arrival brings the total number of businesses housed at centrix to 18.
Jayne Furnival, Property Director at Langtree, said: “The Newton-le-Willows site has enjoyed a huge amount of success since the beginning of the year. As the refurbishment brings a new lease of life to the area and we welcome another exciting cluster of lettings, we believe that now is the ideal time to launch the complete rebrand of the site.
“It’s with great pleasure that Langtree is welcoming these innovative companies to our sites. We believe that the variation in businesses setting up base at centrix is testament to the flexible offering our sites provide. We look forward to working closely with them in the future.”
