Judith Ramshaw, gives us an insight into the ‘social’ side of life at Royal Quays.
We are already a friendly bunch at Royal Quays, but we thought that we would get really ‘social’ now that the summer is here.
That’s why we have introduced regular competitions on our social media channels that will raise the temperatures!
This is a great way for us to interact with our friends on Facebook and followers on Twitter. It is also a way to reward our loyal shoppers as we continue to strengthen our relationship with them. Make sure you follow us @royalquaysshop to be in with a chance to win some of the prizes we have on offer.
As a centre, our online presence is also greater than ever, with the majority of stores on-site promoting their offerings via a range of social media channels. One of our stores – the Gift Company has introduced a ‘click and collect’ service to its customers, so they can buy a product online and go into the store to collect it.
It is good to see that stores are embracing such channels, providing shoppers with variety and convenience, which is what the centre is renowned for.
Meanwhile, as we move deeper into the summer months, we are looking forward to welcoming new names to the centre which will further assist and strengthen our offering.
Over the last couple of months, we have received good feedback from shoppers who are enjoying new store - Caffé Massarella, where they can sample a slice of Italian life, with a range of tasty pastries and Paninis on offer, as well as, a variety of fresh coffee.
Home Designer Outlet has also joined us and the store is proving to be a hit with shoppers as it boasts up to 50% to 80% off designer brands.
Finally, please don’t forget that we really value and appreciate feedback from our customers, whether this is online or through the public events that always attract great crowds, such as Peppa Pig’s visit to the centre or at Christmas when Santa and his reindeers often pop in! So keep on sending us your comments and suggestions – even those ones where you feel we should be doing a bit better in some areas!
