Sportstec host ‘Innovation in Performance’ IFB2014 event

Some of the NorthWest’s leading Universities, Healthcare providers, and businesses spanning from the legal sector to manufacturing, attended the Sportstec IFB2014 ‘Innovation in Performance’ event at Panoramic34’s stunning penthouse this week.

Organisations including Liverpool FC, Hope University, Everton Football Club, Mako Creative and law firm Hillyer McKeown came together to learn more about how new technology is driving human performance.

As technology partner to some of the world’s most successful sports teams, football clubs and athletes, Sportstec Group have built their reputation helping teams and individuals to improve performance through recording moments of potential, learning and success. Having recently developed their technology further, Sportstec are now helping to improve human performance, learning and results in workplaces around the globe.

Speaking about the event, Nick Harrison of Sportstec, said “IFB2014 is unlike any other business event in recent years. Mike Smith from Wythenshawe Hospital, along with Kyle Wallbanks and Scott Mason from Liverpool Football Club Academy, were guest speakers and took to the spotlight to discuss their experiences and successes of implementing human performance technology within their own organisations.

Nick added: “IFB2014 looks set to be the UK’s most significant trade and investment event in decades. This is an exciting time for the region and for the businesses operating within it. What IFB2014 has confirmed to me is that businesses on a global scale now understand that in order to fuel growth they must not only invest in the right people and talent, but that they also must focus on innovation and come together to share ideas.”
