Newcastle sushi retailer reveals expansion plans after continued success
Newcastle-based sushi retailer Nudo Sushi Box has announced the opening of its third store in Newcastle following recent success.
The store, which will be located on Grainger St in place of Thorntons, will create three full time and two part time jobs.
Nudo Sushi Box stems from the success of Nudo Noodle House on Low Friar Street in Newcastle.
In April, Nudo opened a new branch of its sushi chain at The Bridges shopping centre in Sunderland and has revealed plans to move to Durham after the Grainger Street store is up and running.
Nudo has been running competitions on Facebook to guess the location of their latest store opening in order to win a £10 voucher.
A spokesperson for Nudo Sushi Box told Bdaily: “Our aim is to make sushi a regular, health treat as opposed to an occasional luxury. To achieve this, we offer distinctive, unique and beautifully prepared foods at affordable prices.
We’re really excited to be launching at the monument, the heart of Newcastle. We are continuing to expand our brand with another one opening in Durham in the near future. “
