Alternative vehicle repair firm Halo opens new workshop in Leeds under expansion plans

Property consultancy JLL has been chosen to support Halo, a customer-focused vehicle repair company, with a national rollout of new sites under the firm’s expansion plans.

The second of Halo’s accident repair centres has now opened at Access 26 in Leeds, offering an alternative to traditional vehicle bodyshops.

The deal, brokered by JLL and BNPPRE, sees the firm take 4,400 sq ft at the new development on Centurion Way, following the opening of its first site at West Wilts Trading Estate in Westbury in September 2013. A further two units are currently under offer.

The acquisition forms part of a national expansion programme for Halo, driven by JLL following a major contract win.

Nella Pang, associate director in JLL’s Office Agency team, who is heading up the expansion programme, said: “We are pleased to be a part of the Halo team and involved in this exciting transitional period.

“JLL will be spending the next two years acquiring similar units to Access 26 as it provides the perfect location for this type of business; it is extremely close to the M62 and M606 and just ten miles from the major commercial centres of Leeds and Bradford.”
