Packaging firm Samuel Grant expands into Leeds

Packaging company Samuel Grant has expanded its presence at the popular Crescent Trading Estate in Leeds. The company, which already occupies Unit 4 at the estate, has taken up Unit 5, a 10,000 sq ft warehouse.

Crescent Trading Estate, off Dewsbury Road, is owned by Wharfedale Property Company and consists of five trade counter and warehouse units totalling around 63,000 sq ft. Units 2 to 5 have been extensively refurbished and are all now fully let. Existing occupiers on the estate include Wikoff Colour, Accurate Laser Cutting (Leeds) Ltd and FED Locksmiths.

GVA and Michael Steel & Co act on behalf of the landlord as joint letting agents.

Iain McPhail, associate at GVA, said: “We have seen a vast improvement in enquiry levels and interest in the estate over the past year, and with the short supply of quality, affordable industrial units currently on the market, we are confident of agreeing more deals in the near future.”
