Elite celebrates £170,000 in major group contract wins

Elite Serviced Apartments has announced that it has successfully secured two major contracts for long term group bookings totalling more than £170,000.

The contracts with Oakwood Worldwide, on behalf of a third party major oil and gas company, and Able UK for Diamond Offshore Drilling, both include accommodating personnel whilst working within the North East on a temporary basis.

Also, one of the two contracts has the potential to be extended from its current one year contract up to three years.

Elite Serviced Apartments’ managing director, Katrina Rosser, has reported the contract wins coincide with the continuous rise in the demand for group bookings for personnel and executives working temporarily within Teesside:

“As an international industrial mecca Teesside is continually welcoming executive corporate visitors and personnel to the region for both short and long term periods.

“The popularity of serviced apartments is increasing year-on-year, especially for corporate group bookings, as organisations are opting to house their personnel in comfortable home-from-home accommodation as an alternative to a costly hotel stay.”

All apartments are fully furnished by interior designers and have spacious living rooms, one or two bedrooms, two private bathrooms, fully fitted and equipped kitchen and entertainment. The properties are serviced weekly with fresh linen, towels and complimentary toiletries, and include a welcome hamper.

The luxury apartments also include the latest mod-cons such as Wi-Fi internet access, flat screen television, Sky and Freeview, DVD player, and iPod and iPhone speaker dock.
