Marketing agency set to collaborate with Newcastle music venue
Trendy city centre bar, The Ware Rooms has teamed up with award-winning marketing and PR agency ramarketing to help build on its existing popularity and launch itself as a leading live music venue in the North East.
The Ware Rooms in Carliol Square, Newcastle is set to showcase live music from some of the region’s best bands and acoustic solo artists with accompanying food and drinks promotions to help drive increased business.
Working with ramarketing on an integrated marketing, PR, social media and design campaign, the venue is hoping to firmly put itself on the map as the leading music venue in the North East.
North East music agency AMV Live Music has been chosen as the exclusive music partner for The Ware Rooms, providing the venue with local musicians and hosting weekly open mic nights in which performers can win a music contract with the agency.
General manager at The Ware Rooms, Paul Smith, said: “Since opening our doors in 2011 we’ve continued to see a steady stream of loyal patrons joining us for food and drink on a regular basis, but we wanted to go the extra mile and provide entertainment too.
“With the help of ramarketing and AMV, we are repositioning the bar as a venue for drinks and live music, which we expect will drive even more customers and add something a little extra for our existing clientele.
“We’re very excited to be working with a such a vibrant agency like ramarketing that understand what we’re trying to achieve and have the creativity and vision to help us get there.
Based on the site of a former prison, the stylish bar was designed by one of Newcastle’s premier bar designers, Chris Sutton. Fitted like a New York loft apartment, The Ware Rooms features an exposed brick interior, cosy leather chairs and chunky rustic tables as well as large screen TVs, a pool table and a large bar offering local guest ales.
Founder of ramarketing, Raman Sehgal, said: “We are excited to be working with The Ware Rooms on this project because it is such a smart bar so we’re hoping to help turn this hidden gem into a destination bar for Newcastle’s abundance of revellers.
“Working closely in partnership with the team at AMV, we also expect to announce some amazing acts and nights for Autumn and Winter months. Watch this space.”
The campaign will feature a new smartphone-friendly responsive website, on-going social media management and the branding and promotion of original themed nights has already began to yield result with increased footfall to the bar already attained.
Live music nights have already started at The Ware Rooms and run every week on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays as well as solo acoustic artists performing on Sunday afternoons.
The region’s current CIPR Outstanding Small Consultancy of the year, ramarketing now operates across a number of sectors including pharmaceutical, healthcare, property, technology, finance and leisure.
