Manchester property consultancy completes £1.25 million pub sector projects

Manchester-based property consultancy Millson Associates has completed £1.25 million of projects for clients in the pub sector this week.

The team was tasked with developing and reconfiguring a number of venues on behalf of pub company clients including Punch who briefed Millson earlier in the year to create refurbished venues including the Royal Exchange pub in Walsall, the Hinksford Arms in Hinksford, the Fox in York and the Bull & Dog in Burscough.

Speaking of the completions, Millson director Jon Salisbury said: “Seasonal trends dictate the pub industry and we’ve had an exceptionally busy summer getting venues like these completed ahead of the bank holidays, summer season and of course the World Cup.

“We’ve got a great track record of developing pubs and are very much au fait with the prominence of the broader calendar and the impact it has on this sector. I’m delighted that we’ve taken so many redesigns over the line.”

Millson has also secured new projects with Punch after they appointed the team to design and refurbish the Pack Horse in Macclesfield.

There, Millson will create designs which will help the pub reach the wider community and attract a new range of customers to the traditionally wet-led venue.

Millson Associates has offices in Greater Manchester and London and employs 23 members of staff including interior designers, architects and chartered surveyors
