Bridlington fish and chip restaurant bought out of administration

Bridlington’s Quayside Restaurant has been sold on behalf of administrators Begbies Traynor.

York-based Barry Crux & Company announced the sale of the Quayside Restaurant and Tavern Bar in the popular seaside town of Bridlington, which had an asking price of £250k.

Occupying a prominent position on South Cliff Road, Quayside Restaurant and Tavern Bar overlooks the Harbour and has views across South Bay.

Quayside Restaurant, which offers approximately 1,550 sq ft of accommodation, provides a minimum of 58 covers in total. In addition, the business benefits from an adjoining Fish & Chip shop offering approximately 339 sq ft. This benefits from its own independent access from the street.

The business and property which has been acquired by an established restaurant operator has “undoubted potential to achieve high levels of sales and profitability.”
