New homes to be released at popular North Hykeham housing development
Househunters are being urged to act quickly if they want to purchase at a North Hykeham development, which has sold more than seven homes a month since its launch in January.
The Phoenix Place development, off Station Road, has proved an unprecedented success for Persimmon Homes, with just a few properties remaining, which has brought forward the site’s next phase.
Sales director from Persimmon Homes Yorkshire, Kevin Thubron, said: “Even before a single brick had been laid we were receiving a lot of interest for Phoenix Place and since its January opening the development has been a runaway success.
“But customers can still take advantage of the exclusive offers on the last few remaining three and four bedroom properties before we commence on the next phase.”
With a four-bedroom Roseberry showhome having just opened, the Phoenix Place development is situated just a short walk from Hykeham Station and is conveniently located for the schools, shops, country parks and Lincoln city centre.
Kevin added: “The development has proved hugely successful and, although we are thrilled, I can’t say we are surprised – the location of Phoenix place makes it a perfect place to set up home. Close to excellent schools, a wide variety of shops and leisure facilities and with superb transport links to Lincoln city centre and beyond, there’s no wonder Phoenix Place has proven to be so appealing.
“Work is expected to start very soon on the development’s next phase which will bring a further 39 new properties for local people looking to live in a brand new modern home.
“Our sales team are on hand to manage the new wave of enquiries and assist customers through the house buying process.”
Part exchange is available on a number of properties at Phoenix Place, as well as the government supported shared equity scheme, Help to Buy.
