Birchwood Park celebrates its ‘Suite’ Sixteenth with the arrival of three new SMEs
Three new occupiers, Perfect Pearl Solutions, Luv Cars and Connect Call Solutions, are moving to Birchwood Park just in time to help it celebrate its sixteenth birthday.
Taking up residence in the specially designed small suites, the new occupiers signify a growing demand for premium office space for start-ups and SMEs.
The new occupiers operate in a variety of different sectors ranging from digital recruitment to car finance and have taken a total of 1,175 sq ft of office space to accommodate the 17 members of staff.
The companies attributed their moves to the Park’s high quality amenities and its ability to allow them to grow and expand their teams.
In the last 12 months alone, more than 12,000 sq ft of flexible space has been let to 27 SMEs, some of which are now expanding to occupy larger offices within the Park.
MEPC Birchwood Park’s Senior Leasing Manager, Chris Reay, said: “Birchwood Park presents companies with an opportunity to precisely meet their changing business needs – whether it’s a two man office or an open space to house multiple employees.
“We have a very flexible approach and that enables us to develop our offer in line with the changing requirements of our customers.
“Our flexible suites present smaller companies with the chance to impress clients with an aspirational address and be part of a thriving business hub where collaboration is encouraged. Small businesses can enjoy the same benefits and working environment as larger firms which operate from the Park.
“We look forward to nurturing a new intake of new businesses and watching them grow and flourish on the park.
“Our commitment to the community in which we reside means we are more than just a business park or a collection of offices – we are a destination in our own right, for businesses and residents of Warrington.”
