Doncaster mortgage broker invests £150k in new premises refurbishment
Doncaster-based mortgage broker Sensible Home Finance, is on the move to new town centre offices, investing £150k in their development after recent business growth.
Rapid expansion at Sensible Home Finance, one of the leading mortgage brokers in the UK, and plans for further development have meant that the company needs a bigger space to operate from.
The business, led by owners Andrew Fisher and Carl Kroger, will move to Gresley House, on Ten Pound Walk, White Rose Way later this month.
Sensible Home Finance is also investment of over £150k into a full refurbishment and regeneration of the space.
Andrew Fisher, owner, said: “We are delighted to be announcing our move into bigger, town centre based offices.
“Our business is growing fast and as a result we are investing in both our staff and firmly putting our roots in Doncaster.
“We are proud to be in this position and the move now gives us room to house more staff and continue the businesses recruitment drive.”
Sensible Home Finance will be operating from Gresley House from late August and will be starting a major recruitment drive to tie in with the move.
