NG Bailey wins £3 million contract with McArthur Glen designer outlets
Ilkley-based engineering and IT services firm NG Bailey, has won a contract to deliver mechanical, electrical and fabric maintenance works to designer outlets group McArthurGlen.
The contract, worth £1 million per annum, a total of £3 million over three years, will see Yorkshire-based NG Bailey’s Facilities Services division manage all six outlets in the UK, including York, Swindon, & Cheshire Oaks.
The team will also explore energy saving opportunities throughout each outlet, reviewing the buildings’ energy management system and developing an energy focused maintenance proposal as a result.
Stuart Linington, managing director of NG Bailey’s Facilities Services division, said: “McArthurGlen is one of the fastest growing retail outlets in the UK and we are thrilled to have been awarded the contract.
“This is a significant win for us and further demonstrates our reputation for excellence in the retail arena.
