Mother & daughter property firm announces new office opening
A recently established local property management company has unveiled its new office in North Liverpool.
Bespoke Lettings, which is owned by mother and daughter duo, Susan Hind and Hannah Frankland, have acquired the space in Orrell Park to further ensure that they offer a more personable service.
The independently ran business aims to go ‘above and beyond’ for all of its clients - including both landlords and tenants.
Susan said: “We are delighted to have officially opened our doors to the public. We hope that our new venue will attract many new clients due to its highly accessible location.
“Our aim is to really get to know our clients - therefore it is important to build a friendly yet professional rapport in comfortable surroundings. Not only do we strive to find tenants their perfect home to rent, we also enable landlords to maximise their return on investment.”
Although the Liverpool based company is a relativity new addition to the property market, Bespoke Lettings already has more than 70 properties on its books. As a result of the office’s hotspot location, it estimated that these figures will dramatically increase over the next 12 months.
Susan added: “In addition to our new office opening, a series of business developments will also be implemented. However, our customer-focused ethos will remain a top priority of ours, and we will continue to treat every client as an individual by offering him or her a truly bespoke service.”
