Apprentice star offers new opportunity for North West talent
Apprentice Season 9 finalist, Neil Clough is on a recruitment drive with a new opportunity for a group of budding sales and recruitment specialists in the North West.
With 15 years experience in sales and training, driving significant growth and success in many small and large businesses across the country, Neil is on a mission to change the perception of the profession.
Together with a fellow leading UK sales training expert, Neil’s new venture, which incorporates a unique combination of training and recruitment tailored for the sales industry, will be launching later this year.
The search is now on for a number of self-motivated and driven individuals with an interest in sales and recruitment to join the business.
Neil commented, “The sales industry is notorious for high staff turnover and continually recruiting which is a costly exercise for many UK businesses. After a tougher economic climate, sales targets have become more aggressive and as a result many sales leaders are now finding it harder than ever to attract great sales talent.
“We want to help businesses find individuals that are looking to make a lasting career in sales, and know that the best way to achieve this is by investing in training to give them the skills they need to succeed.”
“As a firm believer in sales as a career, I want to change the perception of sales and am looking for an ambitious group of Sales Talent Recruiters to help me. My new venture will be a unique combination of recruitment coupled with on the job training to help employees reach their full potential. What’s important for us is to see more people go on to have successful careers in the sales industry.”
