JLL and Knight Frank join forces to market King Street Leeds development

The Leeds offices of property consultancies Knight Frank and JLL are joining forces to market Grade A offices at 14 King Street in the heart of Leeds.

The two leading property agencies are joining forces to market two vacant suites in the King Street building, which is owned by Bruntwood.

The available suites comprise 2,642 sq ft on the ground floor and 1,507 sq ft on the first floor, following the relocation by boutique law firm 3volution, for whom Knight Frank acted, and Freedom Back Clinics, who are downsizing.

Elizabeth Ridler, partner specialising in office agency at Knight Frank in Leeds, commented: “Both Richard Thornton of JLL and myself are delighted to have secured such a prestigious instruction from Bruntwood. We were both involved in the original refurbishment of 14 King Street in 2008, so we both know the building very well indeed.

“14 King Street is special. Apart from the sheer quality of the building itself, it boasts one of the prime locations in Leeds, close to Leeds Station and the superb new Trinity retail quarter, with excellent access to Yorkshire’s motorway network.

“The offices would be a great base for a new or expanding company, with the ground floor perfect for a D1 occupier or recruitment agency, providing the opportunity to be part of the Bruntwood family with all the associated benefits,” added Ms Ridler.

Current tenants at 14 King Street include Gatenby Sanderson, Maples & Calder and Barton Wilmore, who have recently expanded into part of the ground floor.
