TLW Solicitors are delighted to announce that the firms senior partner, John Burn has become a director to Pathways4all which provides recreational activities for children with disabilities and additional needs within North Tyneside and the surrounding areas.

John Burn will be supporting the charity through building and maintaining the charity, growing the service areas Pathways4all hoped to provide and ensuring they are able to help all of the families that come to them by fulfilling specific needs and requirements. John Burn said, ‘I am humbled to accept becoming a director for Pathways4all , TLW Solicitors has long supported Lynn and the team and we look forward to working with the charity to ensure the continued progress of the centres development in providing superior facilities and programmes for the children and their families’.

Pathways was opened in October 2012 by Lynn Mcmanus who recognised a gap for amenities in the local area that provided specialist play and recreational facilities that were both safe and accessible for children with additional needs. Lynn said ‘John and Peter have been a great support to the centre since we opened and we delighted he has accepted our offer as a trustee’.

The centre provides much needed support and a place for families to come together, addressing the lack of social opportunities available for families with additional needs. Lynn’s tireless commitment to the local community is inspiring this was recognised when she recently won the national award for Community mum of the year.
