A new expo to hit Northumberland #northumberlandexpo

Alnwick will this year be playing host to the county’s newest business expo, Network Northumberland.

22 prominent local businesses will be exhibiting on the day with a further 6 expert speakers – including local expert Mark Turnbull - lined up to present 45 minute seminars on a range of subjects from marketing to corporate debt. There will also be 2 speed networking events on the day, where delegates will get the opportunity to find a perfect match – if not in love, then in business at least!

StartUP Britain Business Champion for Northumberland, Paul Wakefield, is also taking a 90 minute workshop and the best part is that it is all free to attend.

This inaugural event will be taking place on the 30th October at the White Swan in Alnwick.

The aim of the expo is to promote Northumberland as a thriving business community. Ian McAllister, the organiser said “We are organising this launch event as the first step to showcasing North Northumberland as a thriving place to do business. What will follow from this expo will be further exhibitions, a networking group and a panel of industry experts who are going to be consulting to drive the opportunities that Northumberland has to offer.”
