Construction recruitment company Bromak has increased profits by 75%.
The Bolton based firm has recorded their best financial year since the start of the recession with sales increasing by 30% and profits up 75% on last year’s figures.
Despite the construction industry struggling throughout the recession Bromak has grown steadily over the past five years with the 2013/14 figures showing significant growth.
In the past 18 months Bromak has opened offices in the North East and London as well as doubling the size of the team at their Bolton head office. Due to Bromak’s rapid expansion sister company 3B Training has moved into new offices in Westhoughton.
The 2014/15 financial year is set to provide further opportunities for expansion and Bromak are expecting to increase sales by a further 25-30%.
Managing Director David Brooks said: “We’re expecting significant growth in the housing market this year as well as our supply to main contractors. There is a lot of investment locally into new residential, education and retail schemes and we’re keen to be involved with these projects.”
Bromak is a leading recruitment consultancy for the built environment sector and has a proven track record of supplying both permanent and temporary candidates into some of the UK’s best known private and public sector organisations.
Bromak was established in 2003 and now has six offices across the UK including; Durham, Sheffield, Watford, Liverpool, Birmingham and the head office in Bolton.
