Bradford laywer trusted with membership of prestigious association

A Partner at Bradford law firm LCF Law has completed a prestigious legal qualification to become one of only a small number of registered members of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS) in the North of England.

Ragan Montgomery has over 16 years specialising in commercial disputes, property, landlord and tenant disputes, and wills, trusts and inheritance disputes.

ACTAPS was established in 1997 for lawyers specialising in contentious trust and probate work. To secure membership, Ragan has successfully completed an extensive two year period of study and assessment.

Ragan says: “I am honoured to have been appointed as an Associate Member of ACTAPS and to be recognised by such an esteemed organisation which aims to support and constantly develop contentious trust and probate work. Together with my extensive experience in this field, my ACTAPS membership will strengthen my ability to reassure our clients of my expertise in this complex area of law.”
