In-home care service recruiting across region
A new independent in-home care service is looking to recruit 200 people as it launches in Stockport.
alice chilton is hoping to attract a range of talent to add to the specialist care team already in place.
The company provides a flexible service offering companionship, home help and personal care to those who wish to live independently in their own home.
Set up by former WRG senior executive Karen Perry, alice chilton promises to raise the standards of domiciliary care for adults, the elderly and carers in the north west.
In a move to attract and retain carers of the highest calibre, alice chilton will offer an above-industry-standard rate of pay, and promises a rewarding working environment for dedicated staff.
Candidates will be screened thoroughly to ensure they have the consistency of skills, qualifications and values to deliver safe, effective and high quality care.
Karen Perry said: “It’s our aim to provide the very best care we can and we are looking to recruit across all levels.
“We wouldn’t be able to operate without the specialist talent and skills of the team and look forward to growing the team over the coming months.”
The care team will be led by Mark and Michele Bushell, who have over a decade of combined experience within the sector.
Initially covering Stockport, alice chilton plans to branch out to Wilmslow and east Cheshire in September.
