Peel hands over keys to Princes Dock flexible office space

Liverpool Waters owner and developer, Peel Land & Property has fully let the second phase of its flexible office offering at Princes Dock: The Quay.

Prior to completion, the second phase of the flexible office space was let to five companies which aim to use the new location as a base for growth and development. Thirteen developing and established companies now operate from The Quay.

Security firm Copeland Security Services, marketing company Quantum Card Services and low carbon automotive pioneers ULEMco are joined by hedge fund Marc Sharpe and sister company Alpha Real Invest as the latest tenants at the waterfront site.

Princes Dock is already home to a number of high profile companies such as the Malmaison and Crown Plaza hotels, The Liverpool City Region LEP and PWC.

These sit beside the area’s bars, restaurants, apartments and leisure facilities in one of the city’s most pleasurable and accessible work locations.

Sarah Syvret, business centre manager at Peel Land & Property said: “Naturally we’re pleased to have let the second phase of The Quay prior to its completion and welcome the new tenants to Princes Dock.

“The waterfront has proven itself to be a magnet for businesses looking for office space is a unique and impressive setting.

“To ensure that the Liverpool office market is competitive it is vital that mixes of high-quality offices are available to companies which want to grow in the city. We believe that our flexible office offer and meeting rooms are second to none in the city and are pleased that our tenants agree.”

Tenants at The Quay enjoy access to break-out rooms and high-specification board room facilities, 24-hour security along with on-site car parking. They can also access conferencing facilities at Princes Dock’s hotels.
