Bromak Recruitment secures Silver Investors in People Award
The Bolton based firm have held the Investors in People award since 2008 but this week Bromak have improved their score to secure Silver status.
Only 16% of UK companies hold an Investors in People award and only 2% go on to receive the Silver. The accreditation is a significant improvement from the core standard and requires organisations to demonstrate good practice in broader areas and at higher levels than the standard Investors in People.
Managing Director Dave Brooks said: “We’re extremely proud to have been awarded Silver status, a lot of time and effort has been invested in to achieving this and it’s great to be recognised for all our hard work. I’m extremely proud of the team and we plan to push on and achieve the Gold standard in the next 18 months.”
Bromak is a leading recruitment consultancy for the built environment sector and has a proven track record of supplying both permanent and temporary candidates into some of the UK’s best known private and public sector organisations.
Despite the construction industry struggling throughout the recession Bromak has grown steadily over the past five years. In the last 18 months they have opened offices in the North East and London as well as doubling the size of the team at their Bolton head office.
Bromak was established in 2003 and now has six offices across the UK including; Durham, Sheffield, Watford, Liverpool, Birmingham and Bolton.
