Voice marks its eighth birthday with high hopes for the future
EIGHT years ago Voice Marketing started out with one floor at an office space in Woodseats and five members of staff.
But a contact centre which opened its doors with the dream that it would grow, attract talented individuals and global brands as clients today employs 500 people at major sites in Woodseats and Broomhill, works with well-known national companies and is continuing to grow.
Voice CEO James Hinchliffe said: “Nobody knows exactly what the next few years will bring but now we have moved out of a recession and as markets look to grow, Voice is perfectly positioned to seize every opportunity.
“We still have a number of investment projects to complete, including a new canteen and training room at our V2 site in Broomhill, in addition to updating the reception and breakout area at V1 in Woodseats, all in support of our growth of new client wins in the pipeline.”
Due to a committed workforce and continued determination over the last eight years, Voice is now known nationally as one of the leading multichannel sales agencies in the UK.
“We couldn’t have achieved all we have without the support and enthusiasm of a great team,” said James.
“They are what makes Voice a success and it is their dedication that helps us attract so many big companies to work with us and give a major boost to the Sheffield economy.”
