Atlas Cloud sets out future for cloud computing
One of the biggest changes facing offices around the country is to be debated in the North East.
Cloud computing experts Atlas Cloud will be centre-stage at the Tyneside Cinema on Pilgrim Street, Newcastle, as they host a breakfast meeting on the possibilities, advantages and concerns of the cloud revolution.
The event is being staged in partnership with Hays Senior Finance, and in conjunction with digital company Thinkfreer from 8-10am on Thursday, 25th September.
Over breakfast, Atlas Cloud, based in Newcastle and with offices in Leeds, Sheffield and London, will run an interactive session to discuss the rise of laptops, tablets and smartphones as companies face a whole new range of possibilities to mobilise their workforce.
The session will cover the latest trends and operating models as well as first-hand experiences and advice from companies which have already brought in a cloud system, and a Q&A session with cloud experts.
Atlas Cloud CEO Pete Watson said: “The cloud is taking off at such a pace that interest in new systems has never been higher. So we wanted to take a lead in the discussions, help businesses across the North East understand the possibilities and advise them how it could change their offices.”
Places are limited so please RSVP by 15th September to Lisa.feizlmayr@atlascloud.co.uk to reserve your place.
