Growing North East estate agents opens seventh branch

Property management company, Castledene Residential Estates, have opened a new North East office in Seaside Lane, Easington.

The new property has become Castledene’s seventh branch and will offer letting services and advice to landlords and tenants in the region.

The move was supported by financial advisors, Commercial Expert Ltd, who helped facilitate the move.

The pair, who have worked in tandem since 2008, enjoyed initial success together when Castledene opened an office at the Easington Business Centre in 2010.

Managing director of Castedene, John Paul, said: “As the founder and MD of the Castledene Group I am committed to building the business as efficiently and effectively as possible.
