Gala Tent unveils its new in-house graphic designer

Gala Tent Ltd, a marquee and gazebo distributing company based in South Yorkshire, has hired a newly graduated graphic designer to offer their international client base a comprehensive design service.

Tom Price studied and completed a Graphic Design degree at Nottingham Trent University for three years, graduating in summer 2014. He has also worked freelance in the industry and has almost five years’ experience in total. Gala Tent is currently expanding internationally, and also has a new in-house Printing department, who will be working closely with Tom.

Jason Mace, managing director of Gala Tent, said;

“I am really pleased we have been able to bring Tom on board. He is talented designer and he will become an important asset to our team here at Gala Tent.”

Price said:

“Learning at University has been great and I’m excited to put theory into practice where I can really develop the design skills I have learned over the years and push forward in this industry.”

With Tom taking over the Graphic Design role, customers are able to ask for the Gala team to create a new brand or image if they are unable to fulfil their own creative ideas. Gala can also offer helpful advice to customers making sure that they get the right product for how they want to use their items. The Rotherham manufacturers are able to supply a huge range of promotional and branded products to complement their easy-up Gazebos and Marquees and offer a complete package for event branding. This package can include printed banners, flags, merchandise, clothing, stickers, and vinyl wraps or decals for vehicles.

Established in 1999 by Jason Mace and Mark Thompson, the company has since gained a strong reputation for the design and manufacture of high quality marquees and gazebos. Gala Tent is the preferred choice of many reputable brands, companies and clubs, with many clients being referred by preceding customers. Notable previous customers include RAF, Lego Friends, Suzuki, Fosters, St John’s Ambulance, however more and more small businesses are seeing the value of branding their gazebos to make them stand out from the crowd.
