Exclusive development unveiled in Watford
Leading house builder Charles Church North London has revealed plans for an exclusive development of family homes in a leafy part of Hertfordshire.
Charles Church has acquired land in Rounton, Nascot Wood Road, Watford, and plans to build 20 private houses of four and five bedrooms.
The development will be known as Rounton Place and will be launched in January next year.
Andrew Hammond, regional chairman of Charles Church North London, said: “We are delighted to announce that we have acquired land in Watford and that we are progressing plans for a unique, small development of 20 private homes.
“These properties will be perfect for growing families, those whose next step is to move up the housing ladder and those wanting to invest.
“It’s a lovely area and I’m sure this development will prove very popular with house hunters.”
Ancient woodland near the site will be preserved, Charles Church North London has confirmed.
Rounton Place is found just a short distance from three railway stations and a tube station.
Watford is within easy access of the M25 around London and the M1 heading into the city.
The town benefits from many parks and a wide range of facilities within easy reach, including Watford Colosseum, where some of the biggest musicians have performed such as Robbie Williams and Oasis, and Watford Palace Theatre.
Watford boasts a wide array of schools, including the high-performing Watford Grammar School for Boys and Watford Grammar School for Girls.
