Pinnacle MC Global announce new development in Manchester

Pinnacle MC Global is delighted to announce its first development for the residential market, Angelgate, in Manchester.

Angelgate is a 344 unit project located within touching distance of the city’s famous Northern Quarter and benefitting from its proximity to the NOMA area of regeneration, based around the new Co-op headquarters and Victoria train station.

Angelgate promises to be a marque development for Pinnacle, for the city, and for its residents, as Pinnacle has used all its experience from its student developments to create an apartment complex that will fit perfectly into this modern city.

Pinnacle believe the interiors of these buildings, which benefit from specific designs by BLOK Architecture Ltd., show an intelligent use of space, allowing these apartments to perfectly suit modern habits of living.

The buildings themselves benefit from a two level gym, which will be free of charge for residents, landscaped roof gardens with views stretching over the city, secure underground parking, and a pair of electric Smart cars, which residents will be able to hire for their personal use. These cars are a residential first for the North West, and with each car having a range of 100 miles between charges they will be allow residents to leave their cars at home, showing Pinnacle’s commitment to the inner city environment of Manchester.

Planning permission has been granted for this project, therefore Pinnacle plan to break ground in December 2014, with a completion date estimated for February 2016. These apartments are seen as ideal opportunities for investors or homeowners alike, and with Manchester City Council’s Grow initiative expected to be finished by 2017, Pinnacle expect these apartments to fit perfectly into this booming city.
